In early Logie Awards tea, it appears that a bunch of castmates from this year’s season of Married At First Sight (MAFS) have been snubbed from the invite list!
After last year’s cast was brutally cut from attending Aussie awards festivities, it’s been rumoured that a number of participants from 2025’s batch have been quite lucky in nabbing an invite to the upcoming Logies.
According to Daily Mail Australia, Jamie Marinos, Awhina Rutene, Rhi Disljenkovic, Jeff Gobbels, Tony Mojanovski, Ryan Donnelly, Carina Mirabile, Eliot Donovan, Beth Kelly and Teejay Halkias are all tipped to attend this year’s Logie Awards.
The publication also reported that MAFS experts, zaddy John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla, are set to make an appearance, while fellow MAFS 2025 brides Katie Johnstone and Ashleigh Ackerman are to “be considered” if extra invites are going around!
Which Married At First Sight 2025 cast members didn’t get an invite for the 2025 Logie Awards?
With this cheeky Logies leak, it appears that a number of polarising characters from 2025 were cut from the Logies invite list. This includes Jacqui Burfoot, Adrian Araouzou, Morena Farina, Clint Rice, Dave Hand, Billy Belcher, Sierah Swepstone, Veronica Cloherty, Lauren Hall, Paul Antoine, Jake Luik and Tim Gromie.
Honestly… I wish Jacqui were on the invite list for the red carpet drama.
Speaking to Chattr about the alleged snub, Adrian says he’s “removed himself from anything MAFS-related”.
“I have removed myself from anything MAFS-related or TV-related. From MAFS Insta to all things MAFS social as well,” he told the publication.
“Nor have I spoken to any of the cast about that sort of stuff, so I have no clue! I haven’t been [invited]. I mean, yeah, I’d go for the social side, to meet people for sure.”
Morena, who spoke out against the show since episode one premiered, said that her lack of a Logies invite was unsurprising.
“I haven’t been invited, just as I’ve been excluded from every event, even during filming. That hasn’t changed,” she dished to the publication.
“Attending the Logies would be an honour and a privilege, though I’ll be honest, I’d prefer not to be seated at the table with the MAFS cast season 12.
“I have no issue sharing a room with them, but I won’t waste my energy on people who unfairly shut me out.”
As for Sierah — who was at the centre of a cheating scandal with Adrian in the 2025 season — claimed that Channel Nine had “barred” her from any opportunities post-MAFS.
“I didn’t know anything about it. Channel 9 completely barred me from any media opportunities and anything associated with it because of what they allowed to happen to me while I was there. It was essentially victim silencing,” she told Chattr.
The scathing statement comes weeks after the former Bachelor contestant addressed the cheating rumours in an Instagram Q&A, claiming that the whole storyline was “calculated, manipulative and malicious”.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. MAFS is truly the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to reality TV drama. Can’t wait for next season…
