The Ministry of Health and Population organized a three -day training workshop, targeting specialized medical council employees who deal directly with citizens, within the framework of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance the efficiency of human cadres and raise the quality of health services provided. The initiative is within the Ministry’s strategy to enhance the culture of effective communication and put the patient in the top priority for health service. He added that these efforts are in line with the goals of Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainable development. He pointed out that the training guarantees specialized programs to improve communication with citizens, especially those with special needs, with a focus on the human and social dimensions to ensure a respectable and professional service experience. Citizen’s aspirations, in line with international standards and sustainable development goals.
