Urgent.. We publish the report of the Parliamentary Committee regarding amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure

The House of Representatives decided to hold its plenary session tomorrow, Thursday, October 16, 2025, and the agenda of the plenary session of the Council included discussing the report of the special committee formed to re-examine the articles subject to the President of the Republic’s objection to the draft criminal procedure law.
