Full details of the higher administrative provisions regarding the first stage elections for the House of Representatives
The Supreme Administrative Court issued a decision to accept 26 appeals from 11 constituencies and cancel the election results therein in the first phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections, while it ruled not to accept 100 appeals due to the disappearance of the interest condition and 4 appeals for lack of jurisdiction.
Among these constituencies were: canceling the Al-Haram district and re-running the elections in it – canceling the ninth district of Kom Hamada in Al-Buhaira – Cancellation of Al-Balina district in Sohag – Cancellation of the elections in the Mallawi district in Minya – cancellation of the Abu Qurqas district in Minya – cancellation of the Hosh Issa district in Beheira and re-election in it – cancellation of the elections in Abu Tig in Assiut and re-election in it – cancellation of the Tamiya district in Fayoum and re-election in it – cancellation of the elections in Manqabad in Assiut and re-election in it – cancellation of the elections in Esna in Luxor and re-election in it – cancellation of the elections in the Bandar and Luxor Center district and re-election in it.
