Wolves are willing to sell Strand Larsen, who cost them £23m from Celta Vigo, but have been standing by their £40m valuation and Leeds’ bid was £33m with a further £6m in add-ons.

Leeds also want to add a left wing-back and have asked about Strasbourg’s Ben Chilwell among others.

Nottingham Forest  have completed the signing of Lorenzo Lucca on loan from Napoli.

The agreement also contains a £34.8m option to buy the striker.
