Kylie Jenner gives rare peek at renovations on lavish love nest she’ll share with Timothee Chalamet

Kylie Jenner has given fans a rare glimpse inside the sprawling renovations underway at her multimillion-dollar love nest – the one she’ll likely share with boyfriend Timothee Chalamet.
The beauty mogul has been pouring millions into transforming the 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse in Hidden Hills, which sits on a four-acre lot she purchased from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million.
The timing is no coincidence, with her romance with the Oscar-nominated actor going from strength to strength.
Fresh off Chalamet’s public show of affection at the Golden Globes – and amid growing engagement whispers – Kylie took to social media on Tuesday to document the overhaul.
She kicked off the Instagram Stories carousel with a snap of the home’s exterior taken from inside her car, construction vehicles visible outside, captioning it: ‘house meetings are my fav,’ making it clear she’s hands-on.
The makeup mogul then revealed she’s leaning heavily into earthy tones and natural elements throughout the massive space.

She showed off rich hardwood floors being installed, along with striking wood paneling in one of the rooms.
Another snap highlighted the luxe marble selected for high-end tiling, underscoring the upscale vision.
Kylie also shared a photo of stacks of vintage tiles, gushing in the caption: ‘In love with a reclaimed floor.’
A brief exterior clip echoed the same organic aesthetic, showing the home’s façade built from oversized square stone.
The post also revealed a stone stairway leading out to the expansive yard, cementing the estate’s modern-meets-rustic vibe.
It’s clear Kylie hasn’t cut corners, even constructing a separate building on the property to house her security team.
The extra precautions come after the reality star has dealt with stalkers in the past.

She also reportedly spent around $500,000 on olive trees, strategically planted to ring the estate and boost privacy.
Aerial images taken over the summer show the dense greenery forming a natural barrier as construction neared completion.
The property is stacked with luxury features, including a 12-car underground garage and a bunker.
The estate also boasts 15 bedrooms, a dedicated sports court, and a massive swimming pool.
According to Architectural Digest, the main residence spans roughly 18,000 square feet, with additional structures on the land including a separate guest house.
Kylie plans to live there with daughter Stormi, seven, and son Aire, three, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott, 34.
For now, she and the children reside nearby in her $36 million Hidden Hills home.
The location keeps her close to family, with the new property situated near Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian’s neighboring compounds.

Kris owns an eight-bedroom mansion she purchased for $20 million, while Khloé built her home on land she bought for $17 million.
Kim and Kourtney Kardashian also live close by.
The sprawling build is just the latest addition to Kylie’s ever-growing real estate portfolio.
She also owns a $36 million mansion in Holmby Hills and a Beverly Hills property she once shared with Scott, which the former couple is in the process of selling.
Kylie bought the Holmby Hills home in April 2020 – just months before snapping up the Hidden Hills land.
Her property journey began at just 17, when she purchased a Calabasas home for $2.7 million in 2015 and sold it two years later for $3.1 million.
She continued expanding her holdings in 2016 with a $6 million Hidden Hills mansion, later selling it for $6.7 million.
Just months later, she bought the neighboring property for $4.5 million before selling that as well in 2017 for $5.3 million.

In 2018, Kylie and Scott purchased a $13 million Beverly Hills home, which they briefly lived in with Stormi.
The couple later listed the property for $21.9 million.
The behind-the-scenes look at Kylie’s home comes as she and Chalamet were recently spotted looking relaxed and loved-up while boarding a private jet at a secluded airport terminal for a romantic Cabo getaway.
The pair are also said to be living together, with Chalamet becoming increasingly involved in the lives of Stormi, seven, and Aire, three.
The trip capped off a highly visible awards season for Chalamet, during which he publicly acknowledged Jenner more than once.
At the Golden Globes, he referred to Kylie as his ‘partner’ during his acceptance speech, telling the audience: ‘To my parents and partner, I love you.’
Weeks later, he echoed the sentiment while accepting Best Actor at the Critics Choice Awards.
‘And lastly, I’ll just say, thank you to my partner of three years,’ he said. ‘Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you.’

Jenner was later spotted mouthing, ‘I love you too,’ before the couple shared a kiss.
Their increasingly intertwined lives haven’t gone unnoticed by Kylie’s famous family.
Kim and Khloé Kardashian recently offered rare insight into the romance – including the affectionate nickname they use for Chalamet.
During an episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, Kim recalled hosting an intimate Malibu dinner attended by Kylie and her Oscar-nominated boyfriend.
The Skims founder said the couple ‘had the best time,’ describing the evening as unusually relaxed and joyful.
Khloé admitted the night stood out for another reason.
‘I wasn’t there for like 10 minutes and left, I was so proud of myself for staying because I’m normally the one to be the first to dip,’ she said.
Kim added that Kylie was the standout guest.
‘I was so proud Kylie came. She stayed til 1:30 in the morning, she was the first one there and the last to leave which is insane,’ she said.
Khloé went on to say Kylie and ‘Timmy’ barely left each other’s side.
‘I was so proud of her and her and Timmy they had the best time,’ she said – with Kim agreeing: ‘The best time.’
The couple were first linked in April 2023 and went public later that year after being spotted kissing at a Beyoncé concert.
While they’ve attended several high-profile events together, they’ve largely kept the romance off The Kardashians and out of interviews.
There have long been claims the discretion was driven by Chalamet’s desire to protect his serious-actor image – though recent months suggest the pair may be more comfortable letting the world in.
