Devastated Americans burst into tears on TV after losing to bitter rival Canada and missing out on medal in women’s Winter Olympics curling

All four members of Team USA’s women’s curling team were left in tears after they missed out on a bronze medal to bitter rival Canada.
The team of Tabitha Peterson, Cory Thiesse, Tara Peterson and Taylor Anderson-Heide were beaten 10-7 on the penultimate day of the Winter Olympics.
Defeat means Team USA only won a single piece of hardware in curling at the Games, thanks to Thiesse and partner Korey Dropkin’s silver in the mixed doubles.
