Arsenal 13-YEAR-OLD makes European history as wonderkid becomes tournament’s youngest ever player in Bayern Munich clash

Arsenal youngster Luis Munoz has become the youngest ever player to feature in the UEFA Youth League.

The 13-year-old came off the bench for Arsenal’s Under-19 side during their 4-2 victory over Bayern Munich at Meadow Park on Wednesday afternoon.

Munoz, a midfielder, has beaten the previous record held by Liam Payas – who came on for Lincoln Red Imps last year at the age of 14 years and 93 days old.

It’s not the first time that Munoz has played up an age group, joining England’s Under-15 squad in September.

He was also part of Arsenal’s Under-16 squad earlier this month that were crowned Premier League National Champions.
