Benha University wins first place among Egyptian universities in the anti-violence competition

Dr. Nasser El-Gizawi, President of Benha University, announced that the university won first place among Egyptian universities in the research competition organized by the National Council for Women, under the title “Combating Violence Facilitated by Technology.”

 

Al-Gizawi stressed that this victory reflects the distinguished level of Benha University students, and the university’s keenness to support its students and encourage them to be creative and scientifically research in files affecting women’s issues and their digital empowerment, noting that the competition represents an important platform for presenting young people’s innovative ideas in confronting violence against women.

 

The President of Benha University congratulated the two students, Doaa Youssef, and Menna Allah Al-Sayyid, in the third year. At the Faculty of Arts, Department of Sociology, the two winners of the research presented under the title “Social and Economic Determinants of Digital Violence against Women,” an analytical study on a sample of Benha University students,” wishing them more success and excellence.
