Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum listed as doubtful for NBA playoff game against Orlando Magic
Jayson Tatum has been listed by the Boston Celtics as doubtful for Game 2 of their playoff showdown with the Orlando Magic.
Tatum took a hard fall in the Celtics’ opening victory over the Magic at the weekend and sustained a bone bruise in his shooting wrist, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
It is therefore unclear whether he will line up against Orlando on Wednesday evening.
The Boston power forward went up to the rim early in the fourth quarter of Game 1 on Sunday, only to be met by Orlando duo Wendell Carter Jr. and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
The trio collided, sending Tatum crashing to the floor as he landed awkwardly on his wrist.
