Cairo Governor: Intensifying inspection campaigns on meat and fish stores

Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, stressed the Veterinary Medicine Directorate with intensive campaigns in cooperation with the directorates of health, catering and the Investigation of Supply and neighborhoods to inspect the shops of fish, meat and poultry and their manufacturers in Cairo neighborhoods before Eid Al -Fitr and during the days of Eid to ensure the validity of the food presented in the markets for citizens. To protect the consumer from the methods of commercial fraud and control of unknown goods and non -conformity to the specifications in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens.

and indicated Dr. Sabri Zeinhum, Director of the Veterinary Medicine Directorate, indicates that there are intensive campaigns to examine all types of reserved, fresh and salted fish, in addition to inspection campaigns on butcher, markets and meat conservation refrigerators that deal with meat, fish, poultry and their manufacturers in all Cairo neighborhoods to ensure the validity of food shown in the markets.

Siri Zeinhom said that stray dog control campaigns were intensified with civil society coordinators in all neighborhoods of the governorate, especially about mosques, gardens and parks.
