Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman expect a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in the field of civil aviation

& nbsp; Pilot Amr Al -Sharqawi, head of the Civil Aviation Authority, signed a memorandum of understanding, with Eng. Nayef bin Ali Al -Abri, head of the Civil Aviation Authority in the Sultanate of Oman, with the aim of enhancing joint cooperation in the fields of civil aviation and expanding the operational rights of national airlines, on the sidelines of the activities of the forty -second session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), held in Montreal Canadian. Eng. Nayef bin Ali Al -Abri expressed his pride in signing this memo, stressing that cooperation with the Arab Republic of Egypt constitutes an added value for the civil aviation sector in the Sultanate of Oman, and that this step will open new horizons for coordination and exchange of experiences, and enhance the areas of air safety and sustainability and stimulate the air movement between the Sultanate and the Egyptian tourist destinations. It brings together Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman, and the two sides are keen to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of civil aviation, to keep pace with global variables, and support regional integration efforts and contribute to building a more efficient and sustainable air transport industry.
