Fans fear for Kelly Osbourne’s health after photo highlights shocking detail about her weight loss

Reality star Kelly Osbourne has sparked concern after appearing skeletal at the Grammy Awards on Sunday.
Kelly, 41, posted a photo of herself the day of the show with her hands resting on her minute waist, almost fully wrapping around her middle.
In photos taken on the red carpet, one fan said she looked ill, while another speculated that an eating disorder may be lurking in the background. Osbourne, for her part, has never disclosed an eating disorder.
Kelly has been mourning the death of her rock icon father Ozzy Osbourne in July 2025 who was honored in Sunday’s In Memoriam reel at the Grammys.
Osbourne’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, who has also sparked health fears over her own skinny frame, has attributed her daughter’s svelte appearance lately to the ongoing grief, saying last year that it has ruined her appetite.
When asked how she was doing, Kelly said: ‘I’m not doing so great. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life, but I’m getting through.’
After making her appearance, one X commenter wrote: ‘The whole world is on Ozempic and she just lost her dad.’
Another added: ‘Gaunt is not healthy, plus the thinness has aged her. She could be Sharon’s younger sister.’

Osbourne has denied taking Ozempic or a similar GLP-1 receptor agonist drug, which mimics a hormone that sends fullness signals to the brain.
She addressed the Ozempic speculation in April 2024, denying to Extra that she had used it.
She said at the time: ‘I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from.’
Kelly had been shrinking since before her father’s passing and credited her 85lb weight loss in recent years to a 2018 gastric sleeve surgery that removes most of the stomach, limiting food intake.
Following her initial, dramatic weight loss after surgery, she became pregnant in 2022. She later shared that doctors had warned she was at risk for diabetes if she did not lose the post-pregnancy weight, leading her to adopt a diet low in carbohydrates and sugar.
She said in 2023: ‘I was on a mission after having the baby to lose all my baby weight. And then I was like, well I lost all the baby weight, lets see how far I can go with it. [I] went a little bit too far but [I] stopped.’
Since then, fans have been eyeing her continuously shrinking waistline, and she has addressed concerns multiple times following her dad’s death.
Osbourne said in December: ‘I’m just here to say, what do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now? The fact that I’m getting out of bed and facing my life and trying to be more than enough, I should be commended for that.’
Her statements that she is healthy while grieving have done little to ease public concern. Many continue to worry she may be battling anorexia
In another personal video, she said: ‘To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like “Are you ill?” or “Get off Ozempic,” [or] “You don’t look right.” My dad just died. And I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family.’
Her public pronouncements that she is healthy, albeit grieving, have not quelled people’s worries, though, which include fears that Kelly could be contending with anorexia, a debilitating eating disorder that causes obsessive food restriction to the point of malnourishment and even death.
One commenter said: ‘Her waist is ridiculously small & she must look like a skeleton underneath. I was anorexic once a long time ago when my father became very ill. So I get it, feel for her & understand. It takes time to bounce back, people need to cut her some slack.’
A second said: ‘She is so past Ozempic body and well into Anorexia.’
A third said: ‘When you are anorexic everything looks bigger…eyes, teeth, hands, etc. She’s not proportionate anymore.’
Osbourne has never indicated that she suffers from or has suffered from an eating disorder, but she has been plagued by these rumors since debuting her astounding weight loss feat – more than 80lbs down – in 2020.
