“Health” launches the first scientific conference for children’s intensive care to reduce complications and deaths

The Ministry of Health and Population organized the first conference for the intensive care units of Children (EPBC) under the slogan & laquo; forming the future of intensive care for children: reducing risks through pre -emptive interventions & raquo; which is the first scientific conference of the Children’s Welfare Department at Manshie Al -Bakri General Hospital, within the ministry’s plan to enhance continuous medical education and raise the efficiency of specialized doctors in care Critical children. Challenges in the field of critical care for children, including dealing with breathing difficulties and the use of artificial respirators, and cardiac disorders such as cardiac fibrillation, in addition to treating low blood sugar in children and neurological diseases, while stressing the need to provide a safe and integrated treatment environment within intensive care units. Wael Al -Jaar, Director of Mansheya Al -Bakri General Hospital, that the hospital’s intensive care department witnessed noticeable expansion in its recent capacity, as it currently includes 20 beds intended for intensive care for children, along with 4 families for isolation, all of which are fully equipped to receive critical cases and provide the necessary care according to the highest standards of quality and medical safety, stressing that these expansions come within the ministry’s plan to develop the structure Infrastructure for public hospitals and raising their readiness to provide accurate and specialized medical services. The conference included discussion and evaluation of a number of rare and critical clinical cases received by the hospital’s intensive care unit, with the presentation of treatment plans, medical interventions and the achieved results.
