Health: The approval of 18 hospitals affiliated with the Secretariat of Medical Centers with comprehensive health insurance

The Ministry of Health and Population announced that 18 hospitals belonging to the secretariat of specialized medical centers obtained initial accreditation from the General Authority for Accreditation and Health Supervision & Laquo; Gahar & Raquo;, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to ensure the provision of health services in international quality, characterized by the highest safety and security standards, in preparation for the application of the comprehensive health insurance system in all governorates The Republic.

& nbsp; Specialized, that among the hospitals that have the initial accreditation is the center of the heart and the digestive system in Sohag Governorate, while the accreditation of Dar Al -Shifa Hospital for the third year in a row, and Deir Mawas Hospital for the second year, was renewed, in addition to the Zeitoun Specialized Hospital obtaining total accreditation for a period of three years. The quality approved by & Laquo; Gahar & Raquo, which includes the application of policies that enhance patient safety, and adhere to the national requirements for quality and prevent infection, in a manner that guarantees the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services, and enhances the satisfaction of patients and beneficiaries.
