Jack Draper vs Mattia Bellucci LIVE: French Open scores and updates after Norrie and Djokovic progress

Draper is serving for his first ever Roland Garros win – we all know how this is going to go.

He aces the first before serving the second to no response. At 30-0, he is forced to play a bit of tennis but rises to that with ease, chasing the attempted drop-shot to the net before dispatching Bellucci with a superb backhand.

Match point – and as expected, Draper gets the job done!

Bellucci might just be letting this slip out of his grasp. Despite bouncing back from losing the first point to draw, he drops the next two and gives Draper a chance at an insurance break.

The Italian is not giving it up easy and stays in it as Draper hits a straight backhand into the net. But the Brit is just too powerful and fashions the smash opportunity to secure a double break.

Draper is just unstoppable on serve. He goes 40-0 up, making that 24 in the last 22 when serving.

He has a bit of fun and goes for a couple big shots with a such a significant advantage in the game, allowing Bellucci to get on the board.

But there’s no comeback here for the Italian as he gets aced into oblivion.

Draper is hunting down this break. He goes 0-30 up after playing Bellucci from corner to corner, forcing the Italian to net a backhand slice.

Another trailing backhand fails to clear the net and Draper has three break points. Will he need all three?

Oh, of course he doesn’t! A sublime forehand return from serve bombs into the back left corner and past a helpless Bellucci. Draper breaks!

A couple shaky moments from Draper in the fourth but his serving is strong enough to make up for errors made earlier in the game.

Bellucci wasn’t happy with one call and got the umpire down to draw out some lines. He didn’t win the argument and is forced to go level in the set.

Brilliant work from Bellucci to control a dynamite forehand from Draper close to the net and work the drop shot.

However, Draper is able to get the edge against the 23-year-old and goes within a point of breaking – leading Bellucci to throw his racket in frustration.

Draper has the chance in to secure a crucial break as draws towards the net at 30-40 – but he can’t control his volley and goes just wide.

Bellucci takes advantage of this winner as deuce rolls around to see out an impressive defence under pressure.

Draper doesn’t looked fazed by Bellucci’s response and kicks his service game off with an ace.

Bellucci tries to force Draper deep, playing it just inside the bassline. The Brit avoids being caught out as a Bellucci forehand clips the net, staying on the offensive and leading the Italian to go long.

Draper then stands up tall to his opponent and brings home a second consecutive hold to love.

Emphatic start to set four from Bellucci. He serves Draper to love, finishing off the opening game with an ace.

He’s reacted well to going a set down.

Daper have been so impressive in this set. Again Bellucci troubles him but he manages to squeeze into a 30-15 lead.

Draper then aces to move within one point.

Bellucci returns serve but Draper unloads a forehand to the baseline and takes the point, the game and the set.
