Jordon Hudson takes aim at ‘keyboard warriors’ in New Year’s dig at critics of her romance with Bill Belichick, 73

Jordon Hudson, 24, has fired back at ‘keyboard warriors’ who criticized her relationship with 73-year-old Bill Belichick in her recent New Year’s post.
Hudson and Belichick have regularly found themselves in the spotlight in 2025 after a handful of public outings together and multiple reports about their relationship.
From bitter feuds with sports podcasters to the NFL legend supporting Hudson at her cheerleading competitions, they’ve consistently been the topic of discussion.
In the wake of it all, Hudson took an opportunity to fire back at the critics as she shared a celebratory New Year’s Eve post on her social media.
Hudson re-shared her own post from January 1st 2025, which read: ‘Nothing changed for us in 2024 except for ‘public knowledge’; yet, somehow everything changed’.
‘4th calendar year; Going strong. I can’t wait to take punches for you in 2025.

Hudson re-shared an Instagram story which she posted on January 1st 2025, which invited ‘keyboard warriors’ to ‘keep swinging’
‘Keep swinging, Keyboard Warriors. Your illusion of righteousness only fuels my authenticity.’
While the post was initially written in reference to 2024, it certainly still applied to the tumultuous year that the couple spent in the spotlight in 2025.
Back in April, Hudson and Belichick were in the headlines after the former left an interviewer squirming when she awkwardly muscled in on the coach’s interview.
Belichick, 73, sat down with CBS’s Tony Dokoupil to promote his new book but he wasn’t alone as Hudson, described as ‘a constant presence during the interview,’ lurked off camera.
Dokoupil began quizzing Belichick on the romance, in particular the critics who have relentlessly trolled the couple for their near half-century age difference but the University of North Carolina head coach brushed off the backlash.
‘[I’ve] Never been too bothered about what everyone else thinks. Just try to do what I feel is best for me and what’s right,’ Belichick bluntly responded.
The host continued to ask the age-old question of how the couple met – an encounter that is reported to have taken place on a flight – but Hudson swiftly intervened.
Before Belichick could even open his mouth to get a word out, she called out, ‘We’re not talking about this.’

It also emerged earlier that month that Hudson had been pleading with the University of North Carolina to censor social media comments about the couple’s relationship.
‘Is there anyone monitoring the UNC Football page for slanderous commentary and subsequently deleting it / blocking users that are harassing BB in the comments?’ Hudson wrote in an email, according to The Athletic, after Belichick had requested the school’s communications team include her in all correspondence with him.
Robbi Pickeral Evans – North Carolina’s senior associate athletic director for external affairs and strategic communications – insisted that the school had hid or removed comments on their private life and would continue to do so in his response.
Shortly after, in July, the Daily Mail revealed that the university was facing a tidal wave of backlash from alumni, donors and faculty, who said the age-gap relationship is eclipsing Belichick’s coaching debut – and tarnishing UNC’s reputation.
While the headline-grabbing couple have drawn media attention since they went public in 2023, emails obtained through a public records request exposed the internal uproar over what critics had been calling a ‘disgrace’ and a ‘circus.’
In one message from late April, a furious donor wrote: ‘What a total embarrassment to UNC. I am withdrawing all my donations and future donations.’
Despite hiring the most successful NFL coach of all time, UNC failed to qualify for this season’s College Football Playoffs, with a defeat to NC State meaning they finished 4-8 and missed out on a bowl game for the first time since 2018.

Meanwhile, in November, Hudson claimed she was taking legal action against former ESPN reporter Pablo Torre over his reports about her relationship with Belichick.
Torre has been responsible for several damaging reports about the cheerleader, including one which claimed she had been banned from the UNC football facility.
The Tar Heels refuted the allegations at the time and in response, alongside an Instagram post announcing legal action, Hudson uploaded a photo in which she is wearing a necklace that reads: ‘Banned’.
Most recently, Belichick was seen in attendance to cheer on 24-year-old Hudson as she competed with her team, Code Black, in a cheerleading competition in Atlanta.
