Kim Kardashian very dramatically fell in her towering ‘stripper heels’ and accidentally grabbed an ‘old lady’ as she struggled to walk to the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday.
The SKIMS mogul, 45, shared a new video of the moment she twisted her ankle and collapsed as she headed to her car to drive to the star-studded bash.
Kim was dressed to the nines in a glamorous skintight golden Gucci gown as she tumbled in $80 gold heels which featured a massive eight-inch heel with a four-inch platform.
As she fell into the side of a hedge, Kim was forced to reach out and grab a passerby, she said: ‘Ahhh sorry, my ankle! Sorry!’
The reality star was quickly helped back to her feet by her team and friend Stephanie Shepherd as she admitted: ‘I’m nervous for the carpet’.
Moment later, Kim said: ‘Wait, let me try and walk on it’, before adding: ‘F***, that poor lady I grabbed her, I grabbed that old lady’s like box’.

Before getting into her car, Kim asked her team to ‘tighten’ her huge heels as she held a friend’s hand to walk.
The video ended with the mother of four linking arms with Stephanie as they made their way onto the red carpet.
Kim quickly brushed off the tumble as she confidently posed up a storm in the eye-catching ensemble before slowly walking along the carpet in the heels.
Styling her shoulder-length dark tresses in a messy loose do, the Kardashian star opted for bold blue contact lenses and dark smoky eye makeup for the evening.
Fans quickly took to social media to comment on how ‘uncomfortable’ Kim looked in the outfit as she attempted to walk in the towering heels.

But it was Lewis Hamilton who showed his appreciation for Kim as he dropped the biggest sign yet their romance is the real deal, as he commented on her sizzling Instagram snaps from the night.
