Lori Loughlin’s estranged husband Mossimo Giannulli was seen with stylist Hannah Harrison on Thursday in Beverly Hills, on the same day his shock split was revealed.
The 62-year-old fashion designer, who is worth a huge $80M, was on a Beverly Hills shopping spree when he was spotted with Harrison in the late afternoon – hours after his estranged wife, 61, was snapped embracing Anne Heche’s ex-partner James Tupper.
The 32-year-old – who has since clarified the status of their relationship – had on heavy makeup with prescription glasses and was dressed casually in a black sweater with a very short yellow miniskirt that flashed her toned legs.
She went out of her way to move away from Giannulli when onlookers noticed them together and at one point darted behind his car.
Former jailbird Giannulli was dressed in a crisp white shirt tucked into belted Levi’s blue jeans with beige suede boots that had a generous heel as he carried two white shopping bags.
They were seen at a valet stand as the designer handed over his ticket and paid the attendant after shopping for activewear at G/FORE Supply.

The Daily Mail reached out to Loughlin’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Harrison has since given clarification to Us Weekly on Friday in regards to the outing and stated that her relationship with Giannulli is simply ‘platonic.’
‘I feel like it was bad timing,’ she told the outlet, referencing to them being spotted together shortly after his split from Loughlin came to light.
‘I went to the [G/FORE Supply] store not knowing that his separation had been announced. I was going there to meet him.’
Harrison further explained that her meeting with Giannulli was for work purposes and added ‘we there shopping and as I was leaving I saw the photographers. We did not drive together. We drove separately.’
The stylist then shut down any romance speculation and stated she and Giannulli were ‘not there together [and] we are not dating. We are good friends. He was just meeting me at the store.’
A separate source confirmed Harrison’s statements and said the pair are ‘just friends’ and that she ‘was pulling items from his studio yesterday.’

On Thursday Loughlin’s publicist confirmed she had split from Giannulli after a 28-year marriage. They wed in November 1997. ‘They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage,’ Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told People. ‘There are no legal proceedings at this time.’
It was also the same day that photos of Loughlin surfaced where she was seen in a cozy embrace with Anne Heche’s former husband, James Tupper, outside the Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening.
Loughlin starred with Tupper, 60, in 2023 TV film Fall Into Winter. She subsequently appeared in the 2024 movie A Christmas Blessing with the actor.
The Queens, New York-born actress, 61, and fashion designer, 62, who memorably served sentences concurrently for their convictions in the college admission bribery case, share two daughters: Isabella ‘Bella’ Rose, 27, and Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26.
Giannulli is a successful fashion designer who founded Mossimo, a mid-range clothing company, in 1986 in Newport Beach, California.
During his first year in business he grossed $1million.
The following year he made $4million. Mossimo expanded the line in 1991 to include sweatshirts, knits, and sweaters.
By 1995, the collection included women’s clothing and men’s suits.
After eight years in business, Mossimo, Inc. had grown into a multimillion-dollar lifestyle sportswear company and then he went public with an initial public offering in 1996.

In 2000, Mossimo, Inc. made a major, multi-product licensing agreement with Target stores, for $27.8million, which made his brand a household name. Mossimo was acquired by Iconix Brand Group in 2006.
The estranged couple had initially indicted in 2019 in connection with allegations they paid admissions fixer Rick Singer $500,000 to arrange for the University of Southern California to recruit their daughters onto the school’s rowing team, despite that they had no background in the sport.
In May 2020, Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty in connection with conspiracy charges in the college admission bribery case.
Loughlin, a cast member on the hit sitcom Full House and its Netflix reboot, received a two-month jail sentence along with a fine of $150,000 and 150 hours of community service following the guilty plea.
Loughlin, who played Rebecca ‘Aunt Becky’ Katsopolis on the family comedy, began her sentence at a federal prison in Dublin, California in October of 2020 and was released that December.
Loughlin’s husband Giannulli received a five-month sentence with a fine of $250,000 and 250 hours of community service.
Giannulli began his prison sentence in November of 2020. The fashion designer was transferred to home confinement in April of 2021, about a month before his sentence ended.
The celeb couple were busted in what was called Operation Varsity Blues – a massive nationwide scandal which involved 33 parents.
Also notably involved was Emmy-winning actress Felicity Huffman, who served 11 days in custody in 2019 in connection with her plea deal in the Operation Varsity Blues case.

Professionally, Loughlin’s legal troubles kept her sidelined from Fuller House’s fifth season.
Her return to the small screen came in late 2021 appearing on a two-part Christmas special for the series When Hope Calls.
She appeared on her first red carpet in the wake of the scandal in June of 2022 when she made an appearance at RJ’s Place for the DesignCare 2022 Gala, benefitting the HollyRod Foundation.

Loughlin in 2024 spoofed the legal mishap opposite Larry David on Curb Your Enthusiasm in the sixth episode of the show’s 12th season.
Loughlin played a fictionalized version of herself, seeking David’s help in helping her rejoin an exclusive golf club after she was kicked out following the scandal.
David has second thoughts after Loughlin, an avid golf enthusiast, engages in ruthless tactics once she’s let back into the club with David’s help.
Executive producer Jeff Schaffer told The Hollywood Reporter ‘We called her manager up, who loved it, and who then talked to Lori, and she said: “I’m in, I’m totally game.”
‘And she was. She was so great. Everything we threw at her, she was game to do. She makes the episode. I’m so glad she wanted to do it.’
Loughlin in April of 2024 told FIRST for First for Women Magazine about how she handled the fallout of the life-changing series of events.
‘I try to be a forgiving person,’ Loughlin said. ‘I’m not one to hold onto stuff. Stuff happens to everyone.
‘We’ve all been in positions to ask for forgiveness but to ask for it, you have to learn and know how to give forgiveness, too.’ She added, ‘My family wasn’t one to hold grudges. I didn’t grow up in a household where if you made a mistake, you weren’t forgiven.’
