The Prime Minister witnessed the signing of 6 memorandums of understanding and agreements between the government and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in the areas of investment, energy and sustainable development, stressing the importance of these agreements in supporting economic development efforts, enhancing the role of the private sector and developing the infrastructure of the energy sector, which contributes to achieving the state’s goals in the areas of sustainability, attracting investments and developing productive capabilities.

 

The Prime Minister met with the Deputy Prime Minister The first is for the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, expressing his appreciation for the extended strategic relations between Egypt and the European Bank, which contributed to financing many development projects and supporting the private sector as a basic pillar of economic growth, noting that Egypt is the bank’s largest country of operations in the southern and eastern Mediterranean region since 2012 and for the seventh year in a row. The Prime Minister participated in the activities of the General Assembly meeting.
