‘Nude artist’ Dina Broadhurst slashes price of her luxury Sydney apartment by a whopping $3.1 million in attempt to lure buyers

Dina Broadhurst has dramatically slashed the listing price of her dazzling pad in Sydney’s eastern suburbs by $3.1 million.
The nude model and social media star had originally taken the sprawling Darling Point home to market for a whopping $11.5million.
And now in a move that appears to be an attempt to lure buyers the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is going to auction next month with a price guide of $8.4million.
The beauty, 48, who owns the prized home with her former boyfriend Max Shepherd, made headlines in January when the former couple pulled the listing.
The exes, who parted in 2023, sent tongues wagging when they reunited to sunbathe at Kutti Beach, where Dina went topless, while working together to find a buyer for the property.
Originally purchasing the home together in 2022 for $5.2million, Dina renovated the harbourside property into a luxury home studio.

Dina told Daily Mail Australia exclusively in January that she made the move to yank the listing because she was not sure she wanted to part with it.
‘The property has been pulled for a few months as I am considering retaining the property for myself,’ she said.
‘I’m doing a trial living here over the summer until I work out if I will keep it or buy overseas next year instead.’
‘The property has had ample interest and a decision will be made shortly as to whether we proceed with the sale or not,’ she added.
Dina pulled the newly-renovated pad from the market just two months after it was listed, and one month before it was set to go to auction.
At the time there insiders were predicting that the $11.5million price tag could fall.
In November the Wentworth Courier reported that Dina’s renovation on the property took two years and involved a complete interior demolition.
Dina showed off the garden apartments highlights in a video she shared to Instagram as the pad was listed.

There’s also a gourmet marble kitchen, oak floors and vintage Murano wall lights.
Other highlights include a sunken wine wall, entertainment area, cocktail bar and a gas fireplace.
It comes after Dina was recently pictured stepping out in a very revealing activewear set – and a very surprising car.
Last week the socialite was seen attending a Pilates class at Body by Berner, which is owned by her best friend Bernadette Fahey, for a workout session.
However, eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out the vehicle that she arrived in, which was a humble a Mazda3 circa 2015.
The car is a far cry from the glitz and glamour one may associate with Dina, who tops headlines with her international travels, designer-laden ensembles and attendance at swanky upper-class parties.
The Mazda model, which won the ‘top safety pick’ award by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), retails between $10,000 and $15,000.
Many were left questioning the socialite’s choice of wheels.
‘Thought she was rich…errr Mazda,’ wrote one.
‘So often touted as eastern suburbs elite, yet she drives a Mazda?’ another said, adding: ‘No offence to Mazda drivers.’
