Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine sparks controversy with shock appearance for Jake Paul’s ringwalk… despite impending prison sentence

Jake Paul was slammed by fans for bringing out controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine for his ringwalk on Friday night… despite the fact he’s heading back to prison next month.
Paul fought Anthony Joshua in a huge boxing showdown watching by tens of millions on Netflix, and he used the platform to bring out the New York rapper, real name Daniel Hernandez.
Last month, Hernandez was sentenced to another three months in prison for various probation violations including drug possession and assault, and he will be back behind bars on January 6.
Hernandez pled guilty to cocaine and ecstasy possession and also assaulting a man in a mall who called him a ‘snitch’ to his face.
The rapper has been on probation since returning home in 2020 after he testified against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods in a racketeering case where he alleged that they had double-crossed him.
Back in March, federal agents had raided his Florida mansion where they seized firearms and drugs.

The New York rapper is due to report to prison on January 6 after being sentenced this month
On Friday night, he was in Miami and performing for the Kaseya Center crowd while YouTuber Paul made his way to the ring.
Incredibly, the rapper was even wearing an ankle monitor, required as part of his terms of probation.
In January 2024, he was released on bond after a Dominican Republic judge found that the evidence brought forward by prosecutors was not enough to keep him in jail following his arrest on domestic violence.
The rapper had been in custody in Santo Domingo at the time after Wanda Díaz, the mother of his then girlfriend and rapper, Yailin La Más Viral, accused him of assaulting them both in 2023.

In 2015, Hernandez pleaded guilty to a count of use of a child in a sexual performance and received a four-year probation period (he is pictured in Miami back in December 2021)
In October 2023, Hernández was arrested at a seaside hotel in the Dominican Republic in October after being accused of assaulting local music producers, Cristian Rojas y Nelson Hilario.
Surveillance camera footage obtained by TMZ showed five people, several of them wearing ski masks. Police alleged that one of the individuals who appears in the video is Tekashi, could be seen walking in and out of the recording studio, where he and Yailin La Más Viral had been working.
A video that captured the moment Tekashi was arrested showed he was Hernandez’s wearing a black ski mask.
6ix9ine was also previously accused in the U.S. of using a violent gang as a ‘personal hit squad,’ but he avoided prison after providing testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, which operate in the U.S. East Coast.
