Sarah Jane Ramos has resurfaced on social media for the first time since her shock split with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
It emerged that the couple broke up this month after holding a joint bachelor-bachelorette party together in the Bahamas ahead of their wedding, scheduled for early April in Lake Como, Italy.
But it was called off after Ramos reportedly found out that Prescott had been messaging other women from incognito social media accounts.
Since then, both Prescott and Ramos have gone to ground but Ramos shared three pictures on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon with her two children that she shares with the Cowboys star.
She didn’t caption the image and hasn’t offered any further statement yet on the break-up.
Rumors emerged in the aftermath that they had apparently broken up over Ramos refusing to sign a prenup with Prescott, whose current Cowboys contract is worth $240million. But that has since been denied.

Just days before the split was made public, Ramos shared pictures from her bachelorette with the now-pointed caption: ‘I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends. I love these girls so much.’
Ramos, 32, has also scrubbed the reference to being a fiancee from her Instagram bio, although her own personal website still references being engaged to Prescott.
After news of their split first emerged, Ramos and Prescott sent a message to their guests explaining that the wedding was off.
‘As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,’ the note, first reported by TMZ, said.
‘We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers.’
The NFL quarterback, also 32, proposed to Ramos in October 2024, seven months after the birth of their first child – daughter MJ.
In May 2025, they welcomed their second daughter, Aurora Rayne, to become a family of four.
Just a month before the split, the couple were pictured together on the red carpet at the NFL Honors in San Francisco, looking very much in love.

And Ramos is friends with some of the WAGs on the Cowboys team, too. Jeanne Grier – the wife of backup Cowboys quarterback Will Grier – and Brandi Yvonne – the partner of safety Juanyeh Ajah Thomas, were with her in the bachelorette pictures she shared.
Another of her friends commented on the new post of Ramos by saying: ‘Made my day to see you.’
Prescott, meanwhile, has been at the Cowboys for his entire NFL career after being drafted by the team in 2016 out of Mississippi State.
After immediately becoming starting quarterback, he has made a total of 139 appearances in 10 years with the team, while racking up 35,989 passing yards for 243 touchdowns.
The signal caller also has 2,115 rushing yards for 31 rushing touchdowns in Dallas, where he has put up a winning record in six of his 10 seasons.
A Super Bowl title, however, still eludes him. The furthest he has ever taken the Cowboys in the postseason is to the Divisional round and in 2025, they failed to make it altogether.
