The House of Representatives refer a draft law submitted by ten members to amend the law of mineral wealth to the competent committees
The House of Representatives in the sites of the session, held today, April 13, headed by Counselor Dr. Hanafi Jabali, the Speaker of the Council, to refer a draft law submitted by MP Muhammad Ismail to amend the law of mineral wealth, to a joint committee of industry committees, energy and environment, constitutional and legislative affairs, the plan and the budget. Mineral to a public economic body in order to independence of the financial and administrative decision of the authority, which supports the development of the mining sector, maximizing the economic returns for the mining sector, and setting an integrated legal system similar to the legal organization of the General Petroleum Authority, which achieves the optimal exploitation of the mining sector in Egypt.
