The Minister of Education visits Japan and signs a memorandum of understanding with Hiroshima University and the Foundation "Sprix"

Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, made a visit to Japan, during which he signed a memorandum of understanding with Hiroshima University, which is the largest and most famous Japanese public university, and the "SPREX" Foundation. To grant Egyptian students a certificate in programming and artificial intelligence on the “Kerio” platform. The Japanese language is accredited by the university, which is the first step of its kind in the Egyptian education system.
The agreement was signed by the Japanese Hiroshima State University, Mitsuo Ochi, the university’s president, and by the "SPREX" Foundation. The CEO of the Foundation, Tsune Ishii, and this came in the presence of Dr. Hani Helal, Secretary General of the Egyptian-Japanese Partnership for Education.
In light of the memorandum of understanding and in a step considered the first of its kind, it was agreed that the first year secondary school student who passes the TOFAS test will obtain a certificate accredited by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, Hiroshima State University of Japan, and the “SPREX” Foundation.
