Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, held a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital, to follow up the level of medical services provided at Gustav Rossi Hospital (formerly Hermel), within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to ensure the provision of distinguished medical services that meet the needs of citizens. & rlm; & lrm; During the meeting, the Minister stressed the priority of providing a comfortable and supportive environment for patients and their companions, directed to facilitate medical and administrative procedures, and to establish a unit dedicated to receiving citizens’ complaints and measuring their satisfaction with the services provided, as he directed to enhance periodic coordination to ensure the availability of drug supplies, and to accelerate the issuance of treatment decisions at the expense of the state, where 12 thousand decisions were issued during the period from June 1 to July 18, 2025, in addition to activating the work of the work Medical committees with health insurance to accelerate the issuance of insurance decisions.
