The Minister of Tourism is inspecting a number of fixed, floating hotels and Al -Dhabiyat in Luxor

Sherif Fathi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, made an inspection tour of a number of fixed and floating hotels in Luxor, to follow the level of quality of tourism services provided to tourists and visitors, to ensure the provision of a distinguished and safe tourism experience, during his current visit to Luxor Governorate. Secretary -General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, Engineer Ahmed Youssef, Assistant Minister for Strategic Administration Affairs and Acting CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation, Mohamed Amer, Head of the Central Administration of Hotel Facilities, stores and tourism activities in the ministry, Rana Jawhar, Minister of Communication and Foreign Relations and General Supervisor of the General Administration of International Relations and Agreements in the Ministry, along with a number of ministry leaders in the province Luxor. The tour also included the inspection of roofs and operating machines for floating hotels and Al -Ahbayat, where the minister listened to a detailed explanation of the owners and directors of the establishments about its components and tourism services that it provides to ensure the achievement of the highest quality standards in the service provided to tourists and Egyptians alike.
& nbsp; It is provided by the hotel facilities that he visited, pointing to the Ministry’s interest in increasing hotel energy in the Egyptian tourist destination, whether fixed or floating, to accommodate the expected increase in the number of tourists during the coming period, stressing the importance of continuing close cooperation with the profession partners from the private sector to advance the tourism sector and develop hotel establishments in line with international standards

as he emphasized The Ministry’s keenness to develop the Nile tourism product in Egypt, within the framework of its continuous efforts to develop and diversify tourism products that characterize the Egyptian destination, and expand various tourism patterns, in order to achieve the targets of the ministry’s strategy to make Egypt the first tourist destination in terms of diversity of patterns and products. For the environment in the western mainland in Luxor, the minister listened to an offer from the hotel manager about the unique tourist experience that he offers to guests, where the hotel combines the luxurious rural character and the distinguished location overlooking the West Bank of the Nile, among the palm groves and picturesque gardens that give visitors a quiet and homogeneous experience with the natural and heritage environment of the region.
& nbsp; The Minister briefed on the various activities offered by the hotel, including allocating places for selling manual heritage products, where it was discussed on the possibility of the ministry organizing training courses for local societies surrounding the hotel to develop their skills in heritage crafts, through the EGTAP training platform launched by the Ministry last July.
