The Official Gazette publishes the Prime Minister’s decision to establish the National Council for Health Tourism
& nbsp; The Official Gazette published the decision of Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister No. 1688 of 2025, which came in its first article: that the chairmanship of the Council of Ministers is established by a national council called & quot; National Council for Health Tourism & quot; aims to regulate health tourism and raise the quality of its services, which leads to an increase in the number of tourists coming to the Arab Republic of Egypt for the purpose of receiving health services. In the second article of the decision – published by the Official Gazette No. 20 (bis) issued on May 18, 2025 – to be formed & quot; the National Council for Health Tourism & quot; headed by Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population and membership of each of: Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, Minister of Environment, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Minister of Youth and Sports, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Scientific Research, The Minister of Tourism and Antiquities (who is on behalf of the Chairman of the Council in his absence), the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians abroad, the Minister of Civil Aviation, the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, the Chairman of the State Information Service, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Health Care, one of the Vice -Presidents of the State Council (nominated by the Special Council for Administrative Affairs), a representative of the Central Bank of Egypt (nominated by the Governor of the Central Bank The Minister of Interior), a representative of the National Security Authority (nominated by its president), a representative of the Medical Services Department of the Armed Forces (nominated by the Minister of Defense), and a representative of the competent budget sector at the Ministry of Finance (nominated by the Minister of Finance), the head of the Egyptian Federation for Tourism Chambers, and the President of the Chamber of Health Care Services Chamber Prepared.
