The Press Syndicate elections: The registration is extended until two in the afternoon, because the quorum is not completed

The committee supervising the Journalists Syndicate elections decided today, Friday, to extend the registration process in the general assembly of the union elections, for an additional hour, until two o’clock in the afternoon, due to the lack of completion of the necessary legal quorum to start voting in the elections that are held on the position of the captain and 6 seats for the membership of the Syndicate, provided that this is the last extended. To start the voting process, attend at least 25% of the total number of working journalists registered in the union’s schedules, which number 10 thousand and 234 journalists.
