The Public Prosecution launches the second phase of its electronic services through the official portal

In the context of implementing Egypt’s 2030 vision and its axes related to digital transformation, rational governance and the promotion of integrity and transparency, and in the interest of the Public Prosecution to facilitate the procedures for the lawyers to obtain their services without the hassle of moving to the prosecution headquarters, and with the same value of the prescribed fees without any additional financial burdens, and to join its statement issued on 28/28/28, the Public Prosecution announces the launch of the second phase of Its electronic services via the official portal, which includes submitting applications related to the issues restricted before 2023, as of June 1, 2025. The Public Prosecution announces & ndash; in this context & ndash; On the suspension of the reception of paper requests submitted by the lawyers, which are related to these cases in all the front offices, provided that they are submitted only through their accounts on the official portal of the Public Prosecution, and receiving them through the Egyptian mail in their workplace or their residence store Criminal (for registered cases before 2023): 1.
