The Red Crescent is deployed to secure gatherings for the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum

Today, the Egyptian Red Crescent deployed dozens of emergency response teams in a number of main squares in the capital and the governorates, coinciding with the start of the opening celebrations of the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Field teams are present in the major squares in the capital, including: Ramses, Abbasiya, Roxy, Salah Salem Street, and Al-Nasr Street, equipped with all their necessary equipment to provide first aid and immediately deal with any injuries. Emergency.
The teams are deployed in places where the Egyptian governorates announced the provision of large display screens for citizens to participate in celebrating this occasion and watching its live broadcast.
The teams also pass through the widespread display screens to provide the necessary support to citizens in a safe atmosphere.
This deployment comes within the Egyptian Red Crescent’s plan to secure Major events and public celebrations.
It is a matter of pride for us to provide, through our volunteers and teams, supportive support to state agencies and citizens on this significant day in Egypt’s history.
