Urgent .. shortly .. The Minister of Higher Education announces the result of coordination of the first stage of universities
Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announces shortly, as a result of coordinating the first phase of admission to government universities and institutes, during a press conference held at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital. Scientific Division: 293 degrees or more, or 91.56%, with a total of 21,853 students.
& bull; Engineering Division: 283 degrees or more, or 88.44%, with a total of 16,577 students.
& bull; Literary Division: 233 degrees and more, or 72.81%, with a total of 54,073 students. As for high school students, the old system, the minimum limits came as follows:
& bull; Scientific Division: 350 degrees or more, or 85.37%, with a total of 1,411 students.
& bull; Engineering Division: 335 degrees or more, or 81.71%, with a total of 280 students.
& bull; Literary Division: 270 degrees or more, or 65.85%, with a total of 527 students. The minister is scheduled to announce during the conference the details of the minimum limits of colleges and the numbers of admitted people, as well as the start of the second stage of coordination.
