US approves major new arms sales to Israel worth $6.67 billion and to Saudi Arabia worth $9 billion

The Trump administration has approved new arms sales worth $6.67 billion to Israel and $9 billion to Saudi Arabia, the US State Department said, amid rising Middle East tensions and fears of possible US strikes on Iran.
