West Ham seek loans for Spurs and Chelsea duo

West Ham have made loan approaches for Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky and Chelsea defender Axel Disasi after sending Igor Julio back to Brighton.

Julio’s return means the Hammers now have two domestic loan slots available as they pursue several options to bolster their defence.

Fulham winger Adama Traore should sign for West Ham today after undergoing a medical on Tuesday while midfielder James Ward-Prowse is heading for Burnley on loan after they revived talks.

Wolves goalkeepers in-demand 

Tottenham have asked Wolves about taking keeper Sam Johnstone on loan as an indicator that they would allow Kinsky to leave. 

However, that has been complicated by Nottingham Forest asking for Wolves’ other keeper Jose Sa.

Aston Villa close on Douglas Luiz after sealing Tammy Abraham deal

Aston Villa have agreed to re-sign Douglas Luiz on loan from Juventus.

The 27-year-old will cut short his current loan at Nottingham Forest to sign for the club who sold him in 2024. Villa’s need is all the greater after Youri Tielemans was ruled out for eight weeks with an ankle injury.

Villa have confirmed the signing of Tammy Abraham from Besiktas for £18.25m. The 28-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal.

Wolves target England international Gomes

Marseille’s England midfielder Angel Gomes is a loan target for Wolves. 

The Molineux club are also keen on Auxerre striker Lassine Sinayoko.

Cherries seal Rayan signing 

Bournemouth have signed winger Rayan from Brazilian club Vasco da Gama in a deal worth up to £30.3m.

The 19-year-old has signed a five-and-a-half-year contract and is understood to have an £86.8m release clause.

Ipswich enquire for Leeds forward 

Ipswich Town have asked about Leeds United striker Joel Piroe but he is reluctant to leave in this window. 

Ipswich have confirmed the loan signing of Sunderland midfielder Dan Neil.

Liverpool youngster targeted by Hull 

Liverpool forward Lewis Koumas is wanted on loan at Hull City who are also signing Manchester United’s Toby Collyer. 

Liverpool goalkeeper Fabian Mrozek, 22, is in talks to join MLS side FC Cincinnati on loan in a deal that could become permanent.

Brighton in three-way fight for Cresswell 

Paris FC want Brighton defender Diego Coppola on loan. 

Brighton, Crystal Palace and Wolfsburg have all asked about Toulouse defender Charlie Cresswell. 

Brighton have rebuffed Nottingham Forest’s enquiry for Lewis Dunk.

Burnley full back heads to Prague

Burnley right back Oliver Sonne will have a medical with Sparta Prague in the next 24 hours ahead of a loan switch.

Birmingham City have confirmed the £7m signing of winger Carlos Vicente from Deportivo Alaves.
