War in Ukraine: new legislation aims to increase the mobilization of Ukrainian soldiers

Faced with the lack of Ukrainian soldiers on the front, the controversial law on mobilization has just come into force. In particular, it provides for the lowering of the minimum age from 27 to 25 years.
