"DecoBuild 2024" Reviews innovative solutions in construction and design

Dubai, May 17 / WAM / The Decoration, Design and Building Materials Exhibition “DecoBuild 2024”, organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment in cooperation with the Leader Exhibition Organizing Company, continues its second day of activities at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The exhibition provides visitors with an opportunity to view the latest government housing projects and housing services, in addition to learning about the best innovative solutions in smart home systems, sustainability, construction industries, and advanced design solutions.
The exhibition keeps pace with the latest global trends and contributes to improving construction quality, reducing costs and increasing efficiency in line with developing an integrated housing system that meets the needs of citizens.
Haitham Al Khaja, Director of the Communications and Marketing Department at the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, explained that organizing awareness and educational workshops during the exhibition comes within the framework of the Establishment’s keenness to develop the housing sector in Dubai and enhance the UAE’s efforts to achieve sustainability in homes by adopting modern technologies that ensure the design of green and friendly buildings. For the environment, which contributes to improving the quality of buildings and enhancing their performance and efficiency. These efforts focus on improving the quality of life for citizens through innovation and the use of modern technologies.
During the exhibition, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment highlights its most prominent services, projects and initiatives that aim to provide a decent life and stability for citizens. These housing services include grants and loans that meet the needs of customers according to their income and social status.
The institution provides financial services aimed at organizing financial transactions between the institution and individuals, such as paying arrears of due installments, early repayment requests, and requests to reduce the value of the loan.
