Nutritionist: “Weight-loss products are a myth”

Dietitian Tatiana Dick said that the fat-burning properties of foods are a myth.

“Pineapple was called a fat burner because of bromelain, but it is an enzyme that breaks down the low-molecular protein containing arginine, but it does not affect our fat stores in any way,” the specialist explained.

Dick added that ginger, red pepper and cinnamon alone and in any combination also do not contribute to lipolysis.

According to her, goji berries will not help you lose weight. Moreover, there are no more nutrients in this berry than in rose hips.
