Launching a permanent exhibition to market the products and works of technical education students at reasonable prices

Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, accompanied by Dr. Tariq Rahmi, Governor of Gharbia, opened and inspected the exhibition of learning outcomes and outcomes for students of technical education at Nasser Agricultural Secondary School, East Tanta Educational Administration. 32 schools in the “Agricultural, Hotel and Industrial” sections are participating in the exhibition, as the exhibition includes many diverse products for students, including food, sweets, baked goods, and crafts. Handmade, ready-made and knitted clothes, embroidery and upholstery, carpets, artistic paintings, and agricultural products such as dairy and its derivatives, jams, juices, pickles and vegetables, for sale at nominal prices close to the cost price.

The Minister and the Governor reviewed the various products and students’ works of furniture, where The exhibits included bedrooms, children’s rooms, desks, and chairs.

The Minister and Governor also praised the exhibits and artistic works in the Decorative Industries Pavilion for Art Education and the Art Education Pavilion’s exhibits of works by general education students, appreciating the efforts made to develop the students’ abilities and creativity, to present their works in a distinguished manner. He directed the launch of a permanent exhibition to market students’ products and works at reasonable prices. 

The Minister and the Governor also witnessed the projects of technical school students that serve the environment and society. The Minister was keen to listen to the students’ explanation of their projects, which included automatically controlling railway sliders, and controlling In lighting using a light fixture, measuring the level of a liquid in a water tank, a smart stick for use by the blind, a fire extinguisher ball, an automatic irrigation unit, an automatic fire unit with a smoke sensor, a live maquette for a drinking water purification plant, and a set of models for building, finishing and concrete, and transportation and distribution. Electrical power, a gas leak detection circuit, an automatic street lighting control circuit, motor speed control, a refrigerator design and implementation project, a deep freezer design and implementation project, an electric saw design and implementation project, a pneumatic fingerprint device design, a winch model design for lifting furniture, and others. Projects.

It is worth noting that there is cooperation between technical education schools and the Faculty of Science in Tanta in using the college’s laboratories, within the framework of activating the scientific research methodology, discovering talented students, learning how to prepare research and scientific experiments, and discovering scientific research skills, in order to participate In international exhibitions.

As part of the visit, the Minister of Education and the Governor of Gharbia inspected the site of the construction works for an international public school “under construction.” In Al-Galaa Educational Complex in Tanta, which is being built on an area of ​​6672.87 square meters, with 56 classrooms, and includes administrative halls, 2 libraries, and 2 computer labs, in addition to 2 science labs, a multi-purpose hall, as well as a hall for practicing sports.

Dr. Reda Hegazy confirmed that the opening of the school comes within the framework of the Ministry’s strategy to expand into international public schools in various governorates of the Republic as a distinguished educational model that provides high-quality educational service at reasonable expenses.

For his part, Dr. Tariq praised Gharbiyah Governor Rahmi is aware of the efforts made by Dr. Reda Hegazy to develop the educational system and open various educational models that contribute to raising the efficiency of the educational system in the governorate, indicating that the governorate is making all efforts to cooperate with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to improve the educational system.
