Closing of the activities of the first edition of the exhibition "Acres Real Estate" in Dubai
DUBAI, May 20 / WAM / His Excellency Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, confirmed that the great success achieved by the exhibition in its first edition reflects the continued growth and prosperity of the real estate market in Dubai, and its leading position as a global destination for investment in the real estate sector, noting that The exhibition showcased the latest real estate projects and recorded great competition among real estate developers.
It is noteworthy that the activities of the first edition of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, which was organized at the Dubai World Trade Center, concluded its activities yesterday, and witnessed the achievement of qualitative real estate deals for projects from inside and outside the country, amid a remarkable turnout from visitors, including citizens, residents and investors.
Over the course of four days, the exhibition presented a large number of huge real estate projects that were presented for the first time to citizens, visitors and investors coming from various countries, including completed projects and others under construction that captured their attention, and were presented by a group of major local real estate companies, developers and real estate investors from the UAE and the world. In addition to those concerned with real estate affairs from local and international real estate development companies that presented the latest real estate opportunities and projects inside and outside the country.
The exhibition witnessed the signing of a large number of large real estate deals, reflecting the investment options and opportunities presented by the real estate companies and institutions participating in the exhibition, which varied between residential, commercial, industrial and land.
For his part, Nawaf Obaid, CEO of ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, pointed out that the exhibition provided an important platform for participants and visitors to learn about the most important real estate developments in the UAE and the region, and to meet with government officials about developing strategic plans and legislation related to real estate in the UAE.
The Acres Real Estate Exhibition witnessed the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, the academic sponsor of the exhibition, and Arab MLS Company, with the aim of strengthening cooperation to increase real estate awareness.
The ACRES exhibition also included the organization of many awareness events and an integrated program of training courses, workshops, and specialized dialogue sessions in cooperation with the Innovation Experts Institute, which discussed the latest developments in the real estate sector, the best practices followed in real estate investment, and the latest technological systems in the sector.
