An allergy expert has issued advice to hay fever sufferers affected by the pollen bomb which hit the UK this week.

Professor Adam Fox has also explained how people who have eczema are also more prone to hay fever as he discussed measures to help keep symptoms at bay.

Appearing on This Morning on Thursday (2 May), Professor Fox issued advice on saltwater nasal sprays, the best time to wash your hair, and also advised not to hang out washing outside to dry on high pollen days.
