"E&" Denies acquisition of assets "United Group"

ABU DHABI, 2nd May, 2017 (WAM) – The E&G Group denied today the existence of a possible acquisition of the assets of the United Group.

The group said, in a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange today in response to the news circulating regarding a potential acquisition, that it had not conducted any form of negotiations or agreements in this regard.

E& confirmed that it continues to evaluate investment opportunities that will maximize returns to shareholders, in line with its strategy.
