INVESTIGATION. Flying Whales: 90 million euros of public money invested and still no airship prototype

Created in 2012, the Flying Whales company wants to build airships that would carry heavy loads in difficult areas. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and the State have already invested 90 million euros in the project while some experts doubt its feasibility.
