South Korean President pledges to continue supporting Ukraine
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol pledged to continue supporting Ukraine and enhancing cooperation with it, during a phone call with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky.
The South Korean presidential office reported In a statement carried by the South Korean Broadcasting Corporation (KBS) on Wednesday, “The President assured his Ukrainian counterpart that Seoul is actively participating in the international community’s efforts to restore peace and assist in Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction efforts.”
For his part, Zelensky expressed his hope to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, expressing his gratitude for the support provided by the South Korean government to his country.
