Abu Dhabi, May 21 / WAM / Omran Al Khouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Response Plus Holding Company, confirmed that the company has completed the acquisition of the British “Prometheus Medical”, which enhances its international expansion strategies and expands its geographical scope, as it aims through this acquisition to Expansion into the UK market and the Nordic region.
Al-Khouri said in statements to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, that the company currently owns the largest private ambulance fleet in the UAE, consisting of 360 cars, while work is underway to increase the fleet during the coming period, indicating that the company seeks to expand and enter new international markets, through operations. Acquisitions or new contracts as part of its strategic plan to expand into other markets in the region and beyond.
He added that the company aims to increase its fleet of ambulances in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to about 100 cars by the end of this year, pointing out that
The company established the first specialized center for occupational health in Dammam last year, as part of its plans to expand in the Saudi market. We also succeeded in obtaining accreditation so that Response Plus Medical began providing its services in the oil and gas sector with Saudi Aramco.
