"Zayed’s journey in pictures" Features National Archives and Library publications at the Abu Dhabi Book Fair

Abu Dhabi, 1st May / WAM / The Archives and National Library pavilion at the 33rd Abu Dhabi International Book Fair includes distinguished books, the most important of which is the book “Zayed’s Journey in Pictures.”

Hamad Salim Rashid Al-Humairi, Director of the Research and Knowledge Services Department, said that the National Archives and Library in this session will launch a number of publications, the most important of which is the book “Zayed’s Journey in Pictures,” which is considered one of the luxurious books that we have printed, and carries within it many memories and pictures that may be displayed for the first time. As well as poetry and many inscriptions written by the most distinguished calligraphers in the region.
He added, “This year we are launching the diaries of Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, from the time His Highness assumed his first official position until 2010. The book contains within it a lot of press news that we took from newspapers, and documents his private diaries, may God have mercy on him.”

He explained that the pavilion celebrates the Arab Republic of Egypt, the guest of honor this session of the exhibition, through many pictures and memories experienced by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “may God rest his soul,” and the exchange of visits between the leaders of the two countries.
