Russian Defense: We do not target Ukrainian cities

The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that the Russian armed forces do not launch artillery or air strikes on Ukrainian cities. As indicated, military airfields, air defense facilities, Ukrainian aviation and military infrastructure are disabled by high-precision weapons, and the civilian population is not threatened.
