To honor Virgil Abloh Off-White gathers the world’s best supermodels in Spaceship Earth

Cairo: Zizi Abdel Ghaffar

The Off-White brand brought the world’s best supermodels to the catwalk as part of Paris Fashion Week.

Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Kaia Gerber, Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Gigi and Bella Hadid attended the show dedicated to Off-White founder Virgil Abloh. He passed away last November at the age of 42. The cause of death was cancer, which the fashion designer fought for several years.

In addition to professional models, tennis player Serena Williams appeared on the podium. The show’s guests included Rihanna, her boyfriend A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, Carla Bruni, Taylor Hill and other stars.

The Off-White show, called Spaceship Earth, was the first since Abloh’s death. The brand presented a fashion collection, developed by the designer himself.

Off-White, which is owned by LVMH, plans to work with “Virgil Abloh’s endless thoughts that he sends on WhatsApp daily.” A full team of specialists will work to implement the ideas.
