The Syrian President stresses the need to strengthen Arab solidarity to achieve stability in the region

   Syrian President Bashar al-Assad stressed the need to strengthen Arab solidarity and joint action to achieve stability in the region in light of the events and developments the world is witnessing.

This came during his meeting, today, Sunday, with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, where he They discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them in various fields to serve the interests of the two countries and the two peoples, in addition to the preparations and efforts that Bahrain is making to make the Arab summit scheduled for next month a success, in addition to reviewing the most important topics on the summit’s agenda in a way that serves common Arab interests and unifies efforts to confront the current challenges.

The Syrian News Agency (SANA) indicated that the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad, received his Bahraini counterpart today, where they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and stressed the need to strengthen them.

Also, The two ministers reviewed the ongoing preparations for holding the 33rd summit of the League of Arab States, stressing the need for the summit to support the process of joint Arab action and enhance Arab capabilities in facing various challenges.
