Princess Munira Al-Sabah seeks political asylum

Princess Munira Fahd Al-Sabah and her partner, Musaed Al-Musilim, requested political asylum in Bosnia and Herzegovina, arguing that they would be persecuted in their home country due to their criticism of the authorities’ actions.

As reported by the Guardian newspaper. Kuwait issued a “red card” to Interpol with the aim of launching an international investigation to arrest Princess Munira and hand her over to her homeland.

Al-Sabah and Musallam are active critics of the ruling family in Kuwait, despite the fact that Princess Munira is a close relative.
