How to overcome joint pain with nutrition?

To keep bones strong, experts recommend 100 mg of calcium per day, and for people over 50, 1,200 mg. For the full assimilation of this chemical element in the diet, there must be phosphorous, magnesium, boron, copper, manganese, zinc, vitamins B6, C, K, folic acid, some proteins and fats that enhance the absorption of vitamin D.

Experts advise eating corn bran, chia seeds and lentils. These foods are rich in fiber, which helps reduce inflammation. Flaxseed oil and fish oil are also good for joints.

Hot peppers also contain capsaicin. This substance works as a pain reliever, but taking it reduces inflammation as well.

At the same time, products such as sugar, honey, pasta made of wheat flour, white bread, coffee and tea, refined oils and canned meat, on the contrary, increase the malabsorption of calcium and contribute to its “washing out” from the body .
